Abbeywood-in-the-Fields, at arcadian Broughton Vale, is a country
house set in seven acres of beautifully manicured gardens.
The garden is landscaped with rain forest species. Some are rare
and have matured over twenty years.
Closer to the homestead, the garden boasts a special Victorian
appeal with its babbling brook, water falls, hedges and Georgian
fountain. Rose arbours nestle with cottage gardens to complete
the sense of peace and place.
Guests can enjoy the panoramic expanse of the "Barren Grounds"
escarpment, seen acress rural countryside.

The
Victoria Room
The Victoria Room is am elegant room with a balcony, featuring
incredible views of the garden and the escarpment. The room has
a Queen-sized and single bed.

The Victoria Room also offers a charming, full 'Federation Style"
bathroom ensuite, complete with a luxurious claw-foot bath.

The
Friends Room
An additional room, with a double bed, is available for friends
or relatives who are willing to share the facilities of the "Spa
Room", though an adjacent door.

Cosy
log fires, soirees around the grand piano and garden promenades
seem a natural accompaniment for guests at "Abbeywood".
Inviting guest rooms reflect the stylish country detail, of the
house.
Guests are provided with morning, or afternoon tea on arrival.
A full hot country breakfast can be enjoyed while viewing the
tranquillity of the garden through a conservatory window, adorned
with climbing plants.
"Abbeywood" offers accommodation for up to seven guests.
Three upstairs rooms are available, with two having full bathroom
ensuites.

The Spa Room
This lovely, light room has country style furnishings with a Queen-sized
bed and relaxing views over the gardens. Guests also enjoy a full
bathroom ensuite with separate shower and refreshing spa bath.
